Call You & Yours - Have you switched careers midway through your working life? Whether you're trying to escape a job you don't like, or you've been made redundant or you want to realise a burning ambition, it's an exciting idea to embark on a fresh new direction in your career. It takes courage to give up a job and try something new, it can also take a lot of hard work and it might involve a pay-cut along the way. But for some, the decision is well worthwhile.
