Episode 2 of 5

Tha Màiri a’ tadhal air Donneil, ach a’ faighinn droch naidheachd fhad ’s a tha i ann. Màiri pays Donneil a visit, but receives devastating news while she’s there.

Tha Màiri cinnteach gun robh cuideigin eile sa choille, ach chan eil Alasdair no Cailean ga creidsinn. Tha i taingeil airson càirdeas agus taic Donneil, ach tha i a’ faighinn droch naidheachd às a’ phrìosan fhad ’s a tha i a-staigh aige.

Leis an dithis aca air an ainmeachadh san tiomnadh, tha Isla agus Donneil a’ coinneachadh aig taigh Phàdruig, le Donneil a’ faighinn a-mach dè dìreach a chaidh fhàgail aigesan, ach chan eil e idir toilichte mu dhèidhinn.

Tha Donneil a’ cur a’ chais air Iain le gnothaichean bàta an Urrais agus tha Donna a’ toirt air Finlay maitheanas iarraidh air Màiri. Tha Iseabail a’ tadhal air Tormod anns a’ phrìosan, ach chan eil an naidheachd a th’ aice dhà a’ toirt buaidh air mar a dh’iarradh i.

Às dèidh smùid a ghabhail air a’ bhàta an latha roimhe, chan eil dùil aig Anndra idir ris an fhear eireachdail a tha nochdadh gus fhaicinn.

Màiri is certain someone else was in the woods, but Alasdair and Cailean don’t believe her. She’s grateful for Donneil’s friendship and support despite everything, but she receives devastating news while she visits him there.

With both of them named in the will, Isla and Donneil meet at Pàdruig’s house, where Donneil discovers what he’s actually been left – and he’s not at all pleased.

Donneil infuriates Iain with the tourist boat’s business and Donna forces Finlay to ask Màiri for forgiveness. Iseabail visits Tormod in prison, but the news she shares doesn’t have the desired effect. After the drunken afternoon on the boat, Anndra is surprised by a handsome visitor.
