Chef Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond are on a mission to highlight the fantastic range of great produce Scotland has to offer. This week they鈥檙e looking at locally grown vegetables, cooking a spiced roast root vegetable curry with handmade chapatis. Joining them in the kitchen are cookery teacher Sumayya Usmani, who specialises in vegetarian dishes, and food and drink journalist Rosalind Erskine, who has brought along a drink made from Scottish potatoes.
