This week John Toal will be broadcasting live from the household of the talented Quigg Family in Forkhill, with young Trad band Soilse - providing the tunes as well as Briege Murphy – who penned the famous song ‘The Hills of South Armagh’.
Leprechaun whisperer Kevin Woods tells John all about the upcoming pot of gold hunt in Carlingford, and comedian Darren Matthews reveals how he brought his own sense of humour on tour to Asia.
After completing the Darkness into Light walk, Kilian Thornton will share the importance of challenging the stigma around mental health and historian Una Walsh will give us an insight into the fascinating stories that surround Slieve Gullion.
Under the instruction of host Teresa Quigg, John will take a turn at some set dancing and All Ireland winner Pierce Larkin will sing a poem penned by the local eighteenth century poet Peadar Ó DoirnÃn.
Plus Paula McIntyre will rustle up a dessert with some locally sourced delicious Armagh apples.
