Episode 3
Four workmates at a law firm in Aberdeen compete for the Flour Power trophy. Private client solicitor Dara, senior solicitor Rachael and family solicitor Emma are joined by document manager Jonny.
In this episode we're in Aberdeen at law firm Ledingham Chalmers. Private client solicitor Dara, senior solicitor Rachael and family solicitor Emma are joined by rookie cake-maker and document manager Jonny.
They are about to do battle over the custody of the Flour Power trophy by swapping their office wear for aprons and creating their splendid cakes and makes.
Favourite, Rachael, is hoping her red velvet cake will be good enough to beat off stiff competition from Dara's global cappuccino creation, which literally is out of this world! The bizarre bakes don’t stop there: Jonny’s triple trillionaire shortbread and Emma’s unicorn cake are bound to leave our judges open-mouthed, but will there be too much style over substance?
Deciding today with series judge Nichola Reith is Cameron Ross, who runs one of Aberdeen’s local baking institutions. Once all the workmates’ creations are revealed, tasted, judged and scored - just who will put the best case forward to win the Flour Power trophy?
