A look back at some of Helen and Rab’s favourite Kintra moments from the last year.

Helen Mark and Rab Lennox have a look back at some of their favourite Kintra moments from the last year.

As the year draws to a close, Helen Mark and Rab Lennox settle back for a reminder of some of their favourite Kintra moments of 2019, including Rab’s funny visit to the Gobbins – nobody warned him it was a cliff walk and he’s afraid of heights. There’s fun too when Sylvia Burnside checks out George Fulton’s car that has plenty of room for courtin’, while Portavogie duo Elaine McFeeters and Carole Gilmore introduce Rab to their favourite place.
Helen’s hairt-sang still brings a tear to the eye and the delight of newly born lambs is enjoyed all over again on a visit to Glastry. Just some of the special moments that the team enjoyed this year and they’re always delighted to hear from listeners – especially if there’s an Ulster-Scots yarn to share or event to advertise. You can contact them anytime by email – Kintra@bbc.co.uk - or say hello when you see them out and about.
