In this episode, Stacey chats to 'prepper' Roman about whether he felt ready to face the Covid pandemic. Roman is part of a community of people who are all getting ready to face the end of the world as we know it. Given the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, does Roman feel more justified in taking his precautions?

And in the second part of the programme, Stacey revisits adoptive parents who stay in touch with their child's birth parents. She speaks to Angie and Sherry, a couple from America who adopted a little girl in 2013 through open adoption, which encourages the birth parents to choose the adoptive parents themselves and to stay in touch with their child as they grow up.
