Chef Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond celebrate Christmas by cooking up a festive feast in their country kitchen in Aberdeenshire.

Highlighting the fantastic range of food and drink Scotland has to offer, they make an alternative to turkey – slow roast lamb with rosemary and garlic accompanied by potato gratin dauphinoise and wilted greens.

Joining them in the kitchen is panto queen and TV actor Elaine C Smith.
