In Edinburgh, Kevin and Martyn rush to a patient who has recently had a heart attack and is complaining of chest pain, while in Paisley, Pete and Mark are called to a patient who has been stabbed.
Lauren and Alan are called to a time-critical patient who may be having another stroke and needs to get to hospital quickly for assessment.
And in Broxburn, Moira and Kelly help a palliative care patient decide whether to receive treatment in a hospice or a hospital.
