There are 12 gold medals in total to be handed out across a hectic evening in Torun 鈥� all brought to a thrilling conclusion with the men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 4x400m relays.

The men鈥檚 800m final is set to be the standout race of the evening 鈥� not least because of the incredible performances in 2021 by Britain鈥檚 Elliot Giles, who will be gunning for gold in Torun after producing the second-fastest time in history last month.

Also catching the eye is the men鈥檚 60m hurdles, in which Britain鈥檚 world indoor champion Andrew Pozzi will attempt to claim the continental crown while Norway鈥檚 wunderkind Jakob Ingebrigtsen defends his 3000m title.

Steve Cram, Steve Backley and Andrew Cotter will be in the commentary box with expert studio analysis coming from the likes of Olympic heptathlon gold medallist Denise Lewis.
