Championing sustainable, homegrown products, Karen Collins from Moray demonstrates how she is helping to revive the art of basket-weaving by using materials grown and harvested on her land.
And visual artist John McNaught reveals how he discovered his talent for art after suffering a life-threatening stroke, which forced him to leave his former job as a painter and decorator behind.
