The transformation of a classic steamer trunk brings back emotional childhood memories and a collection of piano accordions are given a brand new life as the remakers show their remarkable skill.

Aylwyn has fond memories of playing with her mum鈥檚 old steamer trunk as a child. It contained all her mum鈥檚 belongings when she moved to India aged 20 with Aylwyn鈥檚 dad. It鈥檚 an item Aylwyn has always treasured, but it has been in and out of the loft because she鈥檚 never known what to do with it. Master upholsterer Alex and fabric specialist Elizabeth pitch their ideas to transform it into something beautiful Aylwyn can use every day.

Carpentry expert Shelley gets her dancing shoes on as Frazer arrives playing the accordion. He started playing when he was nine and his collection is growing. Some are beyond repair, but Frazer loves the handcrafted design of the instruments and wants them repurposed without losing their charm. Shelley comes up with an idea that she knows Frazer will love.

And Michael needs a new life for some old gym equipment. He has a glute machine that has sentimental value because it was one of the few pieces of kit he had when he opened his gym. Now the gym is thriving, and the machine is dated and unused. Maestro of metal Titch knows his way around exercise machines and has just the transformation for Michael.
