Denmark v Finland - Second Half

Gary Lineker presents live coverage as European Championship debutants Finland take on 1992 champions Denmark in Copenhagen.

Gary Lineker presents live coverage as European Championship debutants Finland take on Group B rivals Denmark – who won this tournament in 1992 – at Copenhagen’s Parken Stadium.

This will be the first time Finland’s footballers have played at a major tournament. However, they impressed in qualifying and last November beat world champions France 2-0 in a friendly in Paris. Their star player is Norwich striker Teemu Pukki, who scored ten times in qualifying.

The Danes will play all three of their group games on home soil and therefore will be confident of progressing to the last 16. Familiar faces in their squad include Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel, who will be hoping to emulate his father Peter, who was in goal for the
Danish side that caused a huge shock by winning Euro 92.

Micah Richards, Alex Scott and Cesc Fabregas provide analysis, with commentary from Jonathan Pearce and Martin Keown.
