Nihal Arthanayake sits in to hear a truly inspiring story of love, determination and faith.

Aged eighteen, Chris Norton was a promising high school athlete with big dreams of NFL stardom. That all changed in an instant after a debilitating spinal injury during an American football game. Paralysed from the neck down, doctors gave him a 3 percent chance of ever moving again. But with the help of his fianc茅e Emily he was determined to prove them wrong and ultimately walk down the aisle on their wedding day. Jason finds out what happened and how Chris' faith kept him motivated against seemingly insurmountable odds.

Nathan Carter is a singer and songwriter who was born in Liverpool but unexpectedly found mega-stardom in Ireland where he outsold the likes of Drake and sang in front of the Pope. He tells Nihal how the loss of his best friend and mentor inspired him to release a song in aid of NHS charities.

On Thank You Day, we'll be saying just that with a special treat for all the key workers, friends, family, colleagues and neighbours who've stepped up to get us all through an unprecedented eighteen months!
