Clare Balding and Alex Scott introduce highlights from the Tokyo Olympics on a day in which six golds are to be decided on the athletics track alone. Two of those were in the 4x100m relays, in which Great Britain鈥檚 men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 teams have high hopes of reaching the podium.

Team GB鈥檚 women hockey players entered the Games as defending champions; can they retain the gold medal they won so dramatically in Rio? And in track cycling, Great Britain are aiming for a fourth straight men鈥檚 sprint gold.
