Today Dot takes your calls on mental health and period poverty. Call 03700 100 110. Text 8 10 12. Tweet @bbcradiowales. Email Dot@bbc.co.uk.

To mark Children In Need Dot is joined by students from Treorchy Comprehensive who are guest-editing the programme. Today they are asking what are the challenges facing the young people you know. Is it tougher to be a teen now, compared to when you were growing up? And after 10, period poverty has affected at least 15 per cent of 14-to-21-year-olds in Wales. So how do we help those who can't afford tampons and pads, who might miss school or work through embarrassment? Should sanitary products be free until the menopause? Get in touch by calling 03700 100 110. Text 8 10 12. Tweet @bbcradiowales. Email Dot@bbc.co.uk.
