'Kitchen disco' queen Sophie Ellie-Bextor performs live for Radio 2 Piano Room Month 2023, including a very special Madonna cover.
Known for classic singles such as Take Me Home and Murder on the Dancefloor, Sophie kept the nation entertained during lockdown with her 'Kitchen Disco' performances live streamed from her home. That spawned an album - 'Songs From The Kitchen Disco" - and a sellout tour.
Radio 2 Piano Room Month sees an abundance of world famous award-winning artists gather to perform exclusively with the 成人论坛 Concert Orchestra, and each artist will be performing three tracks - a new song, one of their well-known tracks, and a classic cover version from another artist - with members of the 成人论坛 Concert Orchestra accompanying.
