Gordon Ramsay asks his contenders to run his Mayfair restaurant, Lucky Cat. It’s his reputation on the line – will his gamble pay off?

Gordon’s celebrating the very best of British - exquisite produce and the pinnacle of fine dining. First, he invites his entrepreneurs to the Fish Society in Surrey, where he tasks them with perfectly de-shelling one of the most expensive foods you’ll find on any menu – lobster. Who will rise to the challenge and replicate Gordon’s exquisite masterclass, and who will fall flat?

Next, Gordon sets what might be his toughest challenge to date – he puts the contenders in charge of his high-end Mayfair restaurant, Lucky Cat. With his reputation on the line and paying diners expecting immaculate food and service, will the contenders live up to Gordon’s extraordinarily high standards? Or will they crumble under the heat of the kitchen?

Finally, it’s crunch time as the contenders come face-to face with Gordon. With nowhere to hide, who will make the grade, and who’ll be sent home?
