Two teams touch down at the STARS space station to take on three scientific challenges to win out-of-this world prizes. First, they must decide whether objects will float or sink in a water tank. Then the young scientists have to complete a huge fossil by digging for dinosaur parts in ball pits. Finally, the teams must take items from a giant conveyer belt and sort them so they can be reused and recycled. To make it even trickier, the players are attached to bungee cords.

Meanwhile, Sam and Ayo are cleaning the engine room. After finding mouldy bread crusts in a lunchbox, they learn about Alexander Fleming鈥檚 discovery of penicillin.
