Live coverage from the Royal National Mod in Paisley, Cathy MacDonald presents the Comunn Gàidhealach Gold Medal competition for singing.

Having progressed from the qualifying solo singing competitions earlier in the day, the leading men and women perform in front of the adjudicators in Paisley Town Hall to compete for the Gold Medals.

Along with Cathy, to offer assessments on the competitors, will be two analysts with a keen interest in, and knowledge of, Gaelic music and song.

Also featured on the show - those succesful from earlier in the day, including the winners of the Silver Pendant for adult learners. The programme also has a selection of winners from the Children’s Mod.
