Mark Hill is excited to see a poster and a collection of unpublished photos documenting one of The Rolling Stones’ first concerts, while Joanna Hardy is delighted to see a repurposed piece of silver jewellery from India. Sporting memorabilia is well represented, with Lisa Lloyd thrilled to be shown a Welsh rugby shirt from a famous match against New Zealand at the turn of the 20th century, while Wayne Colquhoun celebrates the unsung hero of the football pitch when he sees a collection of items belonging to a referee who once featured in the opening titles of Match of the Day.

Mark Smith is stunned to see a collection of medals dating back to the Napoleonic War, while Lawrence Hendra appeals to viewers to help find a missing portrait to complete a trio of pictures depicting three sisters. Ronnie Archer-Morgan is moved to tears by a small disk inscribed with the name of a man, a ship and the date 1782 that turns out to be a disturbing relic of the transatlantic slave trade.

Fiona Bruce meets a man who is helping to preserve the history of traditional Welsh music, and she tries to work out which piece of colourful cameo glass is the most valuable.
