This week, Tommy Tweed invites Kintra into his loft to talk pigeons. In a wonderful conversation, there’s talk of why some of the best pigeons are (at least) the same price as a small car, how pigeons helped win the war and why racing these animals brings Tommy so much joy.
Rab introduces a piece on the alarming decline of pipe bands in Belfast - after which the team discuss what else is sadly disappearing from our lives.
There’s also plenty of optimism and a look to the future – Helen has been on an Ulster-Scots tour of Derry / Londonderry that incorporates augmented reality – she even got to appear on a screen herself!
