Little Amal is a 12ft tall statue of a Syrian child which travels the world representing all children fleeing war, violence and persecution and has become an international symbol of compassion and human rights. John meets a group of women creating a huge duvet for Little Amal to have for her overnight stay in Belfast. The NorthWest200 is happening this weekend and among those on the north coast will be volunteers from the charity, Samaritans. John speaks to one volunteer who was inspired to get involved after her own experience calling for support. New music from people in Carrickmore celebrating local sporting heroes.
