Meanwhile, Anne is near Beauly, visiting a workshop that is building homes from giant Douglas fir trees being felled on the steep slopes of Loch Ness. Rosie is also in the south west, where she meets an abandoned pack of dogs. She finds out about their care at a rescue centre and how they are being rehabilitated for rehoming.
