Nelly Furtado chooses the tunes that made her the artist she is in this week's Tracks Of My Years.

Nelly Furtado’s songs have influenced a generation of music lovers. Her debut album ‘Whoa, Nelly!’ came out in 2000 and brought us the Grammy winning song ‘I'm Like a Bird’ and ‘Turn Off the Light’. Her collaborations with producer Timbaland on songs like Man Eater are still club anthems today.

After years away from the industry to raise her children, Nelly Furtado has a new album coming out called ‘7’. It’ s taken four years to make during which time she wrote 400 songs and collaborated with artists from around the world.

Nelly’s sold over 35 million albums, enjoyed over 20 billion streams and is one of the most successful Canadian artists ever.
