Who the F Is Alice?
Reunited with her extended family for the funeral of her great-grandmother, Alma realises that her eccentric Boltonian family is what makes her unique.
Alma decides it鈥檚 time to start focusing on herself and her career. She joins a stand-up comedy course run by her old acting teacher, Ian. Ian is now a comedian and global star after one of his angry videos, ranting about his ex-wife, was thought to be a sketch and went viral. Ian encourages Alma to discover her USP as a comic.
Meanwhile, Joan receives news that her mother, Alma's granny Alice, has died. The wider family made up of estranged siblings Uncle Dickie, Auntie Evie and Auntie Ange gather at Joan's to plan their mum鈥檚 funeral and come to terms with their own tough upbringing.
At the wake, Alma realises that her eccentric Boltonian family is what makes her unique.
