See Hear is at the Latitude Festival to meet Deaf writer and artist, Louise Stern. She is at the festival to perform excerpts from her recently published first book. The collection of short stories, called 'Chattering', features tales about young women setting out on journeys of discovery. During the interview Louise reflects on how her own love of reading and personal life experiences have influenced the book and also what it means for her to be a Deaf author writing in an hearing world.
