Cuts Unfair Says Tory Leader
The Conservative leader of Stockton Council, Ken Lupton, says the distribution of Government cuts is unfair and penalises the North East. He's signed a joint motion with the Liberal Democrats on the council, claiming prosperous parts of the south are not being hit as hard.
