Police counter-terrorism officers have been involved in a surveillance operation on a suspected terrorist cell. Without warning, there's sudden activity in the cell's hide-out. Senior officers fear the cell is about to carry out an attack. Detective Sergeant Steve Arnott is ordered to lead an armed squad to break into the hide-out. Their greatest fear is encountering a suicide bomber. In that case, they must carry out a "Fahrenheit" order: to shoot to kill.
