The long-term impacts of the Pembrokeshire oil spill
In 1996 the oil tanker 'The Sea Empress' was shipwrecked off the coast of Pembrokeshire. The short-term problem of the leaked oil was cleared away in weeks but the long-term impact is more difficult to assess. A marine biologist examines the impact on marine life. Tourism has returned and the marine life is recovering.
