Running mates: Izzy and Sharon
Izzy's half-brother died of a heart attack in a gym, leaving her with a phobia about exercise. After agreeing to proof read her friend's autobiography, detailing Sharon's life as an ultra-runner, it gave her the confidence to do her first park run. Now they're running mates, and she's put her fear of exercise behind her. The other rock in Izzy's life is her faith in God, and her belief that God put her here to help other people achieve their goals, even if her best friend Sharon is an atheist.
