Dynamics and the work of Claude Debussy
Professor Allegro introduces classical music and the work of Claude Debussy. Underwater shots of the sea bed are described in a poem. At the end of the poem a pianist plays 'La cathedrale engloutie' and Claude Debussy is introduced as the composer of this piece. Debussy used quiet sounds to create atmosphere under the sea. Children use different instruments to find sounds which fade away.
