We have the latest from Washington DC where a number of people have been killed and wounded in a shooting at a United States Navy building. Also, twenty months on from running aground in a disaster that killed 32 people, the ship Costa Concordia is being lifted from rocks off Italy's Tuscan Coast in a large and complicated salvage operation. We will hear from survivors of the disaster about how the lifting of the ship has affected them.
