Football supporters "are excluded’ from club governance

The All-Party Group on Mutuals says we need for new laws to make it easier for supporters to buy a stake in their club, and to prevent owners from changing things, like shirt colours and clubs' names.
Jonathan Evans MP said “when a crisis arises, the owner disappears and later on it is left to the supporters to pick up the pieces, we don't think that’s good enough and further-more we think the Government agrees with us”.
