It is not unusual in Pakistan for commercial flights to be delayed because VIP figures are not on time. But this week passengers had enough of it and rose up against two politicians who turned up late and held their flight up. A video of the heated incident has been trending globally, prompting a debate about ‘VIP culture’ in Pakistan.
