Dammartin siege eyewitness: 'I heard shots'
French security forces stormed a warehouse north of Paris and killed Said and Cherif Kouachi, the brothers thought to have carried out Wednesday's deadly attack on the magazine, Charlie Hebdo.
A hostage they had taken was freed safely.
18-year-old Matil heard gun shots from the police siege, close to her home.
She said it was a "very bad day" as she saw a lot of policemen and helicopters in her village, having already been evacuated from her school.
