Pankhurst takes on non-voter: will she change her mind?
Rachel Robinson, a 19-year-old from Hastings, is not sure she will bother to vote in the 2015 General Election. She belongs to the group statistically least likely to cast their vote - women aged 18 to 24.

They met at Trafalgar Square, where Emmeline Pankhurst gave her famous speeches in 1908.
