Is it still a battle to wear a turban at work?
A Sikh postman at Disney World has won his battle to wear his turban in full view of customers in Florida. Gurdit Singh's lawyers said he was segregated from other staff and customers at the theme park because of Disney's 'look policy'. Disney has denied any religious discrimination. Lawyers representing Mr Singh, who has worked for Disney since 2008, said he was always out of sight of customers at the theme park because he wore a turban and has a beard. He's now permitted to work across all areas of Disney World. Do you think it's still a problem for you to wear religious clothing at work? Listen to the caller reaction.
