Diabetes amputations
More than a 135 amputations are carried out every week in England on people with Diabetes. It's the highest number to date and yet, with better care, it's claimed up to 80% of these amputations could be avoided. Asians are six times more likely to get the condition compared to the general population but many still don't take it seriously enough. Priyanka Deladia has been talking to a keen cricketer whose life was changed by type 2 diabetes.
