Is it harder for young Asians to talk to families about mental health problems?
One in 10 young people suffer from mental health issues - things like depression, stress, anxiety - but many believe there still isn't enough being done to help people. Support from doctors, friends and parents can often help - but is it harder for young Asians to be open about feeling depressed to their families? Callers Safia and Narinder, who have both suffered mental health problems, share their stories with Nihal.
