He was arrested whilst on holiday with his family in Portugal - Paramajeet Singh was held in custody after an arrest warrant was issued by Interpol over alleged terror offences in India. He's always denied any involvement. Now after a campaign by the Sikh community and also support from British politicians Paramjeet has been released and was allowed to fly home to Smethwick.
