Are doli ceremonies sexist?
Doli ceremonies are traditional for Sikhs and Hindus and happen after the marriage - it's when a bride leaves her parents home and joins another family. We've heard on the phone-in before that some women, and men don't agree with certain aspects of traditional weddings - the doli being one of them because people don't live like this anymore. Is it right to try and change the doli ceremony if you think it's sexist? Two callers share their views with Tina Daheley.
