Are Ahmadi Muslims accepted as part of the Islamic community?
A lot of recent discussion about the Ahmaddiya community and the discrimination it says it's faced comes after a shopkeeper was killed in Glasgow. The man accused of murdering him said he carried out the killing because he believed Mr Shah had "disrespected" Islam by claiming to be a prophet. The Muslim Council of Britain has issued a statement condemning any attacks on Ahmadis - but it has also said that "Muslims should not be forced to class Ahmadis as Muslims if they do not wish to do so".
