Is it paranoid or justified to consider this country more racist since Brexit?

There's been stories on social media with some people expressing how uncomfortable they've been feeling as an ethnic minority since we voted out of the EU. The 成人论坛 also reported "racist" graffiti was found on a Polish cultural centre building in Hammersmith. Racism has always existed in this country so are people just being paranoid? Caller Shabaz, from Blackburn, shares his story with Nihal.
