Is the concept of 'honour' used too often to control women?
The brother of Pakistani celebrity Qandeel Baloch has been arrested for her murder in an apparent honour killing. The social media star caused controversy amongst Pakistani conservatives for posting provocative photographs, videos and comments online. Newspaper reports say her brother confessed to the murder, saying he drugged and strangled her 'for dishonouring the Baloch name'. Is there a culture of controlling women in some parts of Asian society. Azad, Bina, and Safia talked to Nihal about their thoughts.
