Reporting hate crimes
Since the EU referendum result came through concerns have been raised about rises in hate crimes. One of those to report a rise was the Met police - Britain's largest force. They saw a spike in the days that proceeded the vote. And in figures released today they've seen a 4.1 per cent rise in hate crimes since last year. Chief Superintendent Gerry Campbell from the Met talks about what a hate crime is and what people should do if they are a victim or a witness to an offence.
