The episode in question sees a fireman slipping on a pile of papers and as they fly through the air you can briefly see a page from the Quran. It was first broadcast back in 2014 but the error has only recently been spotted. Channel 5, which broadcasts the children's programme, has removed the episode from its streaming website.
