The burkini ban

If you're a Muslim woman who wears a burkini then you won't be allowed to in some parts of France. The mayor of a small Corsican village has banned the full-body swimsuits from nearby beaches after a brawl took place between locals and Muslim youths of North African origin. The village is the third French town to introduce this ban, after the mayor of Cannes said he would not allow "a uniform that is the symbol of Islamist extremism" to be worn on the beaches in his town. Do you think the government should be able to dictate what we wear or is this infringement of freedom of expression? Aysha, who has worn the burkini on beaches and swimming pools in the UK and France, says she doesn't understand why anybody would wany to ban it.
