Jamie Donaldson recalls 'awesome' Ryder Cup victory
Jamie Donaldson recalls his Ryder Cup winning moment at Gleneagles in 2014.
The Welshman, who hasn't been selected this time around, beat US opponent Keegan Bradley 4&3 to give Europe the 14½ points needed.
Donaldson sealed the win on the 15th green with a majestic second shot that stopped three feet from the cup, with Bradley conceding defeat.
"It feels like it was yesterday, it was a very exciting moment for me and the team that week," he told John Inverdale on the eve of this year's Ryder Cup.
"It elevated my game from that day, it was just an awesome moment in my golfing career."
