Back in 2004, friends Donald and Mark from Sheffield set up a walking for health group aimed at men from African Caribbean backgrounds.

Going on the monthly walks is also a chance for them to catch up, as they do here, reflecting on growing up in multicultural Britain and the importance of visiting Jamaica when they were younger.
